How many sessions are needed to achieve my goal?
Most clients benefitting from our weight loss program average 4-8 sessions
depending on each individuals unique situtation. Being
overweight isn’t mainly about what is being eaten; it is more about
what is eating at you. It’s about old habits, and the feelings and
emotions that trigger you to eat or snack even when you are not
hungry. Food is only the distraction for those feelings and emotions
that you don’t like. Once these feelings are resolved, then food is
no longer attractive. As a result, you will get rid of the weight
permanently and start feeling good about yourself.
I use a systematic approach that encompasses the important issues
with regards to weight loss, these may include: neutralization of
old programming, overeating, emotional eating, snacking,
sugar/sweets/carbs addiction, exercise, and so on.
Your first hypnosis session will be an extremely pleasant experience
which consists of four distinct parts.
~First, you will be given an overview of hypnosis and how it
works. After this presentation, you will understand hypnosis and
know more about hypnosis than 99% of the general public.
~Second, you’ll be given a detailed questionnaire and we will
discuss your goals, and advise a program which will most rapidly
assist you in achieving your desired results. Any questions you may
have will also be answered at this time.
~Third, you’ll be given additional tools to aid you in
attaining your goal. You’ll learn EFT and a breathing technique that
have proven to be an invaluable tool that will support you in your
weight loss commitment.
~Fourth, once you are comfortable with the idea of hypnosis,
then the actual hypnosis session will begin. You will be guided into
a deep state of physical and mental relaxation. You will feel very
relaxed, yet remain extremely alert mentally. You will be aware of
everything going on around you. The old programming, which was
keeping you from achieving your goals or which was causing a problem
is neutralized, allowing you to start losing weight. Suggestions for
the change you desire will then be given to your powerful
subconscious mind. These suggestions will enter your subconscious
and become a part of you.
You will then be emerged from your intense state of relaxation with
strong suggestions of good health and positive attitude. You will
feel better than you have felt in a very long time and ready to take
on the world. You will start relating to food in a new healthy way.
These suggestions will continue to last because they are a part of
you, yet may need to be reinforced.
You will be required to come back for your second session in
two weeks; and depending on your progress you may come back for
subsequent sessions in 3 or 4 weeks.
